Tahiti Box has selected for you a range of jam made in the heart of French Polynesia, in Moorea, by the Vergers de Moorea.
Essentially made from fruits, berries, tubers, nuts, flowers and polynesian alcohols, these jams offer marriages of original and original tastes. Like perfumes, his creations deliver an explosion in the mouth, their top, heart and background notes. Tahiti Box invites you to discover the “childhood rediscovered” range with its enveloping and delicious notes of tropical fruits, underlined for some by vanilla and spices. Depending on availability, you will discover one of the following creations: pineapple jelly and its orange zest, mango jelly and its orange zest, orange jelly and its quarters, passion fruit jelly with mango, banana jam with orange, vanilla and spices, coconut jam with banana, soursop jam, mango and pineapple, papaya jam with vanilla and spices.
Suggestions for use: to taste on toasts or pancakes, with ice cream, on pie shell or in making verrines, but also as an accompaniment to your foie gras, meats, fish and cheeses.
