It is harvested on a small scale in Rapa, the southernmost island of French Polynesia, in the Austral archipelago. The most cultivated variety is Red Cattura which has a large aromatic palette. The beans were roasted and ground in Tahiti. The production of this artisanal family business is intended for local consumption. It is therefore a privilege to be able to access this exceptional café. To smell the aromas of this coffee is to set off on a journey with a unique taste, imbued with Polynesian terroir.
Suggestions for use: to preserve the aroma and freshness of the coffee after opening: close the package carefully and store preferably in the refrigerator.
